Zippay matches your contacts with the details of their participating bank. The processing of Zippay payments will be done by the participating banks.
Go to the Zippay section in your mobile banking app. From there, you can ‘Send Money’, ‘Request Money’, and ‘Split a Payment’.

The Zippay logo will be displayed next to a person’s name in your contact list within your mobile banking app if they are available in the service.
When sending or requesting money, Zippay will show you the masked name of who owns the account you’ve selected. For example, if you’re paying “John Smith”, you’ll see ‘Jo** Smi**’ owns the account. If the masked name doesn’t match the name you expected, you should not go ahead with the payment or request. If you make a payment to the wrong account, your bank may not be able to recover your money for you.
If you do not recognise the person requesting money, you should not pay them. You can decline the request or allow it to expire. If you do not want to receive any further requests from this Zippay user, you can block them in your mobile banking app.
